• Access to property must be obtainable via ladder & roof ladder. Access requiring use of scaffolding is available but will be at additional charge.

• 8–10 metres of 316 flue liner included in offer – additional lengths will be at additional cost.

• Standard register plate of 3ft by 2ft included in offer – larger plates will be at additional cost.

• Offer does not include knock out or remedial works of existing fireplace. These are available at additional cost and can be quoted following a free site survey being undertaken.

• Stove Warranty – Woodtec stoves come with a two-year parts and labour warranty as standard, with the option to extend the parts warranty for a further five years upon the customer’s completion of an online warranty registration within one month of purchase.
